is our company established in the institutionalization process of Tokçalar Machinery, which has been operating since 1981, aiming to manufacture industrial test benches specialized in this field.

Approach &
Competences
We perform the mechanical design in our 3D modeling licensed software and analyze the force strength in the worst conditions with finite element analysis. We complete the mechanical lightening and topology optimization with iterations.
We consider the cost performance criteria in component selection. By optimizing the parameters of the electronic components, we achieve the most efficient and effective use.
We support our R&D projects, design and production, with 3D additive manufactured scaled down prototypes and virtual reality technologies.
Occupational safety automation and countermeasures are top priority for us. We design our products in accordance with the CE regulations. We also note the ergonomic use and ease of maintenance.
Our test systems may be accredited by organizations such as TÜV Rheinland on request.

Assembly shop
We have been in the production sector for 40 years with the second generation in our TMEX assembly workshop of automotive standards, located in the midst of industrial zones.
Machining
In addition to our assembly workshop, we also use the enriched CNC operation opportunities in our location together with machining and welding technologies within our sister company Tokçalar Makina.
